Replies in 60 seconds
One inbox across website chat, WhatsApp and Instagram, answered in under sixty seconds whatever hour it lands. It qualifies the enquiry, answers the boring questions and books the appointment.
01 The problem
Speed to lead beats price more often than anyone wants to admit
An enquiry that lands at 8pm and gets a reply at 11am has already been to three competitors. By the time your message arrives you are not competing on quality, you are competing with somebody who is already booked in.
Messaging makes it worse, not better. WhatsApp and Instagram feel instant to the customer, so a two-hour reply reads as disinterest in a way that an email never would.
The point of automating the first reply is not to remove people from the conversation. It is to hold the customer's attention until a person is free.
02 What you get
Included as standard
One inbox, three channels
Website chat, WhatsApp Business and Instagram DMs in a single thread per customer, with full history.
Trained on your real answers
Prices, policies, opening hours, parking, what you do and do not treat. Not a generic model guessing.
Qualifies before it books
It asks the two or three questions that decide whether this is worth a slot, then books or routes accordingly.
Handover with context
When a human takes over they get the full thread plus a one-line summary of what the customer wants.
24h and 72h nudges
Automatic, polite, and stops the moment they reply or opt out. This alone recovers a meaningful share of dead threads.
GDPR-clean logging
Consent captured, data minimised, retention set to your policy. Exportable if a customer asks.
03 How it runs
From first call to live
Harvest your real answers
We read six months of your actual replies. The bot's answers come from what your team already says, not from a template.
Build and connect
WhatsApp Business API, Instagram and site widget wired to one inbox, with your CRM behind it.
Shadow mode
For the first week it drafts and a human sends, so you can see exactly what it would have said before it says it.
Live and measured
First response time, qualified rate and booked rate reported monthly against the baseline.
04 Investment
Priced on what it returns
Includes WhatsApp Business API setup, three channels, CRM connection and the monthly report. Message volume charges from Meta are passed through at cost.
Questions
Can it use our real WhatsApp number?
Yes, through the WhatsApp Business API. We handle the Meta verification, which usually takes three to five working days. Your existing number can be migrated, though you will lose the app on that number once it moves to the API.
What stops it saying something wrong?
It answers from your documented answers, and anything outside that set is escalated rather than improvised. The first week runs in shadow mode so you approve every reply before it goes out.
Does it work on Instagram comments as well as DMs?
DMs by default. Comment-to-DM automation is available and works well for offer posts, but we set it up carefully because Meta rate-limits it.
How is this different from the chat widget we already have?
Most widgets collect a name and email and email it to somebody. This one answers the question, checks availability and books. The difference in booked rate is the whole point.
