Practices that pick up
Practices lose new patients at the front desk, not in the surgery. The phone rings while your receptionist is checking somebody out, and a private new patient worth over a thousand pounds rings the practice down the road.
01 Where it leaks
The four that cost the most
The lunchtime rush
Twelve to two is when patients ring, and it is exactly when the desk is thinnest. Those calls do not come back later.
The unfinished recall
Most practices run one recall attempt and stop. Three, on the right channels, changes the return rate materially.
The FTA that was preventable
A reminder the day before is too late to reschedule. A properly timed sequence releases the slot in time to resell it.
The enquiry after hours
Implant and ortho enquiries land in the evening because that is when people research them. Nobody is there.
02 The build
What we put in
- AI receptionist on overflow and out-of-hours, booking into Cliniko, Dentally, SOE or R4
- Recall automation across SMS, WhatsApp and email with one-tap rebooking
- Treatment-specific landing pages for implants, ortho, aligners and hygiene
- FTA reduction sequence with waiting-list release
- Reactivation of lapsed patients, segmented by treatment and value
Questions
Is this compliant for a healthcare setting?
Data is processed to UK GDPR with a data processing agreement, retention set to your policy and access logged. We do not build anything that gives clinical advice. It books, reminds and routes.
Will it work with our practice management software?
Cliniko, Dentally, SOE, R4 and most systems with an API. We confirm yours on the first call before quoting, rather than after.
Can it handle emergencies?
It identifies them and escalates immediately to a human by your rules, with the details already captured. It does not triage clinically.

What is it costing your healthcare business?
Twenty minutes. Bring your call log and your enquiry inbox. If there is nothing worth fixing we will say so and you get the time back.
